Ensuring the health and safety of all individuals who are part of the organization in order to prevent work-related injuries, occupational diseases, health impairments, and incidents.
Compliance with relevant OHS legislation, joint OHS regulations and actions, and other requirements that the organization is obliged to implement, and operating in accordance with these frameworks.
Guaranteeing that employees and employee representatives are actively involved in all processes and elements of the OHS management system and ensuring their involvement in decision-making processes.
